Dave joined Fulton Financial Advisors and Fulton Private Bank in 2007. He has over 20 years of experience in investments and trust banking. Dave came to Fulton Financial Advisors following a career with SunTrust where he served in a variety of positions including Closely Held Business Analyst, Business Development Officer, Manager of Private Client Services, and Corporate Strategies/Mergers & Acquisition-related roles. He earned a BS degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University and his MBA degree from Georgia State University.
Dave became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia in 1987 and Tennessee in 1996. He earned series 7, 63 and 24 securities licenses in 1994, became a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) in 1997, and received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2000. He has been a member of the Advisory Board of the American Bankers Association Wealth Management Conference and co-chaired the Advisory Board of the ABA Private Wealth Management School. Dave is a past Chairman of the ABA National Graduate Trust School and served on the faculty of that school for several years.
Dave is a charter member of the CEB Wealth Executive Roundtable and is a member and past Chairman of the Trust and Wealth Executive Association. Dave serves as a volunteer, board member, or committee chair of several community organizations including the Boy Scouts, the Cleft Palate Clinic, and Bible Visuals International.

In her role as President of Fulton Private Bank, Dara leads the team of tenured professionals to ensure that we are proactively providing the very best experience for Fulton Private Bank’s Clientele.
Previously, Dara served as Director of Family Wealth and led Fulton Private Bank’s efforts to meet the evolving needs of High-Net-Worth Clients. Dara joined Fulton Private Bank from a private multi-family office where she proactively crafted and executed plans to help families across the country steward, preserve and transfer the wealth they worked so hard to create. She is skilled in the art of navigating personal conversations around wealth, including among generations, and understands the nuances of multigenerational wealth.
Dara practiced law for nearly a decade, initially in a national law firm, based in Philadelphia, and then in a mid-sized regional law firm, based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. During her time as a practicing attorney, Dara's practice and passion were helping closely-held business owners develop and implement succession plans and personal estate plans while minimizing taxes. Early in her legal career, Dara earned her Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M) from Villanova University School of Law and recently earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Certification.
Dara is active in her community and has served as a director of a variety of non-profit boards, including in executive leadership positions. Presently, she serves as Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and as a Director on the Board of Directors of Hospice & Community Care.

As Chief Investment Officer for Fulton Financial Advisors and Fulton Private Bank, Mark leads a team of client-focused portfolio managers and is responsible for the firm's investment strategy including strategic and tactical asset allocation, manager selection/due diligence, and portfolio construction.
Prior to joining Fulton in 2023, Mark spent a decade as a key investment leader in the asset management arm of a major national bank focused on developing innovative investment solutions for institutions, families, and individual investors. He oversaw teams responsible for designing multi-asset class portfolios, alternative investments, derivatives strategies, and a proprietary direct indexing program focused on tax management and values-based investment capabilities. He also brings extensive experience in developing customized investment programs designed for the specific needs of large institutions and ultra-high net worth families.
Mark holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from the University of Chicago, a master’s degree in physics from the University of Cambridge, and a B.S. degree in astronomy and astrophysics from Yale University. His research focused on the origins of the universe, extra dimensions, and dark energy. Mark is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

Kristen joined Fulton Private Bank in 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience in the trust and wealth management field. Kristen is responsible for leading the fiduciary and strategic wealth planning team within Fulton Private Bank, ensuring a premier client experience for all Fulton Private Bank clients. Prior to joining Fulton, Kristen was a practicing attorney concentrating her practice in transactional matters, including trust and estate planning.
Kristen received her undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Dickinson College. She earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law and received an LL.M. in Taxation and a Certificate in Estate Planning from Villanova University School of Law.
Kristen is active in her community and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster Law Foundation and for IDEALL (Institute for the Development of Educational Alliances) and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Pediatric Campaign Steering Committee for Lancaster General Health, Lancaster Symphony Orchestra, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Lancaster County, and as Chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Law Section of the Lancaster Bar Association.

Sal joined Fulton Financial Advisors in 2003. He has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry working in risk and compliance, business development, private banking, trust administration, trust marketing and mutual fund distribution. Beginning in 2008, Sal led the Wealth Advisory Group within Fulton Private Bank/Fulton Financial Advisors. In that capacity, he was responsible for creating and providing an environment to serve high net worth individuals and their families with a team based approach to financial services. In 2015, he assumed the role of Chief Administrative Officer for Fulton Financial Advisors In this capacity, he is responsible for the risk and compliance activities of FFA in addition to oversight on technology projects for FFA.
He is active in his home community, having served on the boards of Leadership Harrisburg Area, Concertante, the Central PA Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and Contact Helpline. He currently serves on the Lower Allen Township Development Authority as a Member and Treasurer. Sal earned a BA in Social Sciences from St. Bonaventure University and a J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law.

As the Director of Fulton Bank’s Private Banking Group, Randy leads a team of advisors delivering investment and banking product solutions and financial advice, to affluent clients. The Private Banking Relationship Managers work very closely with both commercial and consumer bankers across Fulton Bank’s growing five state footprint.
Randy joined Fulton Financial Corporation in 2001 and has been a community banker for over 35 years. In January 2006 Randy was named President and CEO of Delaware National Bank, an FFC affiliate. In December 2010 after a merger with Fulton Bank, Randy became Fulton Bank Delaware Division President.
Randy is the former Chairman of the Delaware Bankers Association, is the Treasurer of Meals on Wheels Delaware, and serves on the Board of the West Rehoboth Community Land Trust.
Randy is a graduate of the University of California. He also attended the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Paul is the Chief Client Experience Officer and Team Leader Relationship Manager with Fulton Financial Advisors and Fulton Private Bank, a division of Fulton Bank. Over the past 31 years, Paul has been responsible for assembling and leading a team of financial and legal professionals who assist high net worth clients structure and implement comprehensive financial planning, investment management and credit solutions. His practice focuses on privately held business owners and corporate executives.
Prior to joining Fulton Private Bank, Paul spent 21 years with Wachovia Bank in various wealth management, commercial banking, and international banking roles, with his last position that of Partner with Wachovia Bank’s Wealth Management Group. Paul began his investment career as a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch, and during graduate school worked for Kidder Peabody as an equity research associate.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Drexel University, and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from New York University. In addition, he holds a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation.
Paul currently serves as on the Board of Directors of GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, is the vice-chair of the Reading Hospital Foundation, and is on the Board of Directors of the Reading Area Community College Foundation. In addition, Paul is a community volunteer with the United Way of Berks County. Prior board positions include the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Reading (Chairman), Reading Area Community College Foundation (Chairman), Trustee of the Berks County Bar Foundation, Trustee of the Gershman Y, board member of Easter Seals of Northeastern Pennsylvania, and board member of Berks Counseling Center.
Paul lives in Wyomissing, PA with his wife Jo, and has two daughters currently living in Hoboken NJ. He enjoys travelling with his family, sports and spending time volunteering in the community.

As Regional Wealth Director for Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Steve is responsible for leading the growth of Fulton Private Bank in these important markets. Steve oversees the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions to individuals, families, executives, business owners and institutions. Leading a team of experienced and credentialed professionals, he delivers Fulton’s investment management, private banking, trust, financial planning, charitable, retirement and non-profit solutions locally.
With over 30 years of banking experience, Steve joined Fulton Private Bank in 2023. Prior to joining Fulton, Steve was the Market Leader for Key Private Bank in Eastern Pennsylvania. Before Key, he served in various leadership roles of increasing responsibility at PNC Wealth Management including: Wealth Management Director-Bucks County; Managing Director of Wealth Management for Northeast and Central Pennsylvania and, finally, Managing Director of Growth Strategy for the Wealth Management Division. Earlier, Steve served Wachovia Wealth Management as Regional Director of the Greater Philadelphia market.
Throughout his career, Steve has supported his community with various board and committee memberships that have included Pennsylvania Ballet, Philadelphia Hospitality, National Adoption Center and the Risk Management Association-Philadelphia Chapter, among others.
An honors graduate of Villanova University, Steve resides with his family in Chalfont, Pennsylvania.
